A Common Rubberized perforated Belt Conveyor is provided at inlet & outlet of the cabinets to convey the job inside the blasting zone. Both side 1000mm conveyors will be provided for job loading/unloading. However 150mm vestibules, after & before blasting cabinet entry & exit side, will also be provided to avoid media spillage. Job Loading height will be 900mm from FFL. Below the Conveyor Stand a hopper like shape will be provided, a screw conveyor with end shaft, bearings will also be provided to convey the media, which fall in the hopper, to the center of the cabinet.

Blasting media is carried from the cabinet hopper to the re-claimer by the suction effect of the exhaust fan mounted at the top. It air washes the blasting media and carries fines and air laden dust into the fabric bag housing.
Due to cyclonic action, the heavy particles are collected in the bottom, where they are sieved by an operated vibrating screen. The sized abrasive is transferred into the abrasive storage hopper for recycling and debris can be removed manually through inspection hole provided for this purpose.

FABRIC BAG DUST COLLECTOR :
After passing through the Re-claimer, the dust laden air and finely broken down abrasive is drawn into the fabric bag dust collector. The dust is deposited inside the filter bags. The resulting clean air is exhausted into atmosphere to keep the environment clean and friendly. Fabric bags of dust collector shall have the system of manual bag shaking arrangement.
The dust collector housing shall be fabricated from 2.0 mm thick MS sheets suitably supported by angles and channels. The noise level shall be below 85 dBA.
Dust emission level to atmosphere through fabric bags shall be less than 150 mg/N cubic mtr.
